| Each parcel is vinified separately, destemmed and inoculated with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. Macerated in open vats with skin contact during 17 to 19 days. |

| 25% aged in clay amphoras and 75% in French oak barrels of 500 l. and 700 l. |
| Identity |
| The combination of Ibicencan Monastrell, its ungrafted vines, sandy soils and Mediterranean climate results in a juicy wine with structure, minerality and freshness. Good ageing potential. |
100% ungrafted Mourvèdre from 5 different vineyards 60 to 90 years of age. The vineyards have a total area of 3,2 ha. with deep sandy loam over sandstone soils close to the sea. All vineyards have been laboured ecologically for over 10 years.
